Accommodation

Camping:

The simplest, cheapest and nearest option is to camp at the Lambourne End Centre.
We have a field booking for Saturday the 18th May.
Centre costs have increased, so now camping is £15 per person, per night.

This centre is not typically a campsite for general use, and this time round we are under close scrutiny following quite a bit of damage at the last event, so please be tidy and well-behaved!

Please also bring timber if you'd like to build a fire. The centre cannot make any available.

Otherwise there's

Hotels:

If you prefer not to rough it, then the nearest budget hotel is the Premier Inn, Romford West:
http://www.premierinn.com/en/hotel/ROMMOB/romford-west

Despite my begging, they do not offer discounts.
Typical cost for a twin room will be around £270 from Thursday to Monday, so approximately £65 per night.

A touch more expensive and a little further afield is the Holiday Inn Express London - Newbury Park:
http://www.hiexpress.com/hotels/gb/en/london/longh/hoteldetail

This comes to around £85 pounds per night for a double room.
Internet offers might make this a bit more reasonably priced.

If you would like to go cheaper, then three miles away is Premier Inn, London Dagenham:
http://www.premierinn.com/en/hotel/LONDAG/london-dagenham

This is due south down the road from the race site in an area that is best known for building Fords on a grand scale. And nothing else.
Typical cost from Thursday to Monday is around £180 for a double room, so approximately £45 per night. The cost reflects the location.

The nearest Tube line to Hog Hill is Fairlop station. This is about a mile from the race site. It is on the Central Line.
